The Reds travel to Kings Lynn on Tuesday evening as they look to continue their impressive start to the season.
Alfreton are on a four-game winning streak which has seen them climb to 3rd in the National League North.
The Opposition
Kings Lynn have also had an excellent start to their campaign, currently sitting three points ahead of Alfreton in second.
The Linnets have won all of their four home games so far this season and have only dropped points on two occasions, losing once and drawing once.
One to Watch
Michael Gash has become somewhat of a non-league stalwart, with a 16-year career spent with the likes of Kidderminster Harriers, Cambridge United and York City.
The forward has been excellent so far this season, notching five goals in eight games, guiding his side to one point off the top of the table.
Previous Meetings
Alfreton have met the Linnets just three times in the two team’s history. The Reds have never lost, picking up two wins and one draw.
The last meeting between the two sides was in 2016 in the FA Cup Third Qualifying round. The Reds won 2-0 with striker Adam Priestley scoring twice.
Team News
Ben Tomlinson was sent off against Kidderminster after receiving two yellow cards but will be available for the game against Kings Lynn. The forwards suspension does not come into effect until Saturday.
Billy Heath’s method of not changing his side has paid off so far this season so it is unlikely that there will be any changes.
